Adrian, MI – The Adrian City Commission, at their pre-meeting session this week, heard from Dusty Steele, one of the investors of the proposed project on the former Daily Telegram property on Winter Street.

Steele told the City Commission that there could be 50 to 60 residential units at that location. This was only an informational presentation to the Adrian City Commission.
