Lenawee County, MI – How will the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding be allocated by the Lenawee County Commissioners? That’s been the question on the minds of many these last few months. The Personnel Ways and Means Committee met earlier this week, and turned down a recommendation by the APRA Subcommittee to move forward with proposed allocation of about $19 million due to the county from the federal government.
