Adrian, MI – Even though gas prices, on average, have gone up across the country the last few weeks…the numbers for Michigan and Ohio are both lower than the national price.
Here in Lenawee County, the average price for regular unleaded gasoline was $3.54 per gallon as of Sunday night. Monroe’s average was $3.57, Hillsdale’s was at $3.51, with Jackson and Washtenaw County’s average at $3.55 per gallon.
The statewide price in Michigan was $3.55…five cents below the national average. Ohio was at $3.33.
For the WLEN listening area Counties in Ohio… Lucas County’s average price per gallon of gas was at $3.34 as of Sunday night. Fulton County’s number was $3.34 as well…with Williams County checking in at $3.38 per gallon.
