Adrian, MI – The “i’s” have been dotted and the “t’s” have been crossed… Nathan Parker is the next Superintendent at Adrian Public Schools.
A contractual agreement between the Springbrook Middle School Principal and the Board of Education was signed at a Special Meeting Monday night.
Parker was selected from a group of candidates that showed interest in the position after the retirement announcement of Bob Behnke in 2021.
The agreed-upon salary was for $150,000 per year for 3 1/2 years…starting March 1st. One of the main objectives in Parker’s first months as Superintendent is to find his replacement at Springbrook Middle School, and help hire the next Principal at Adrian High School with the upcoming retirement of Mike Perez.
