Morenci, MI – Guns and drugs were seized as a result of executing a search warrant in south western Lenawee County.
RHINO detectives, in partnership with local agencies, executed the warrant at the 12000 block of Lime Creek Road near Morenci.
Detectives seized seven guns including two semi-automatic pistols, an AR-15 assault rifle and a sawed-off shotgun. Additionally, they seized heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, and prescription pills all packaged for delivery.
During the search of the property, detectives recovered a stolen motorcycle, a stolen snowmobile and a stolen camper trailer. Cash and a vehicle were seized pending forfeiture. The suspect was lodged at the Lenawee County Jail and numerous felony charges will be sought from the Lenawee County Prosecutor’s Office.
