Adrian, MI – The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services reported more than 44,000 statewide COVID-19 cases from Saturday through Monday.
Locally, the Lenawee County Health Department reported 391 new confirmed cases from over the weekend. There are currently 711 Lenawee County residents with the virus monitoring at home.
As of Monday, there were 20 people hospitalized with COVID-19 in Lenawee. There have been 247 total confirmed COVID-19 deaths in the county since the start of the pandemic…an increase of 1 since our last report.
MDHHS reported 56 deaths from Saturday through Monday.
57.8% of eligible Michiganders are fully vaccinated. The number for Lenawee County is 49.3%.
