Adrian, MI – The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services reported more than 27,000 statewide COVID-19 cases from Tuesday and Wednesday.
Locally, the Lenawee County Health Department reported 63 new confirmed cases on Wednesday.
As of Monday, there were 18 people hospitalized with COVID-19 in Lenawee. There have been 246 total confirmed COVID-19 deaths in the county since the start of the pandemic…an increase of 2 since our last report.
MDHHS reported 277 deaths from Tuesday and Wednesday…with 165 identified during a Vital Records review.
There are currently 576 Lenawee County residents with the virus monitoring at home.
The vaccine dashboard on the MDHHS website did not have the vaccine numbers available on Wednesday.
