
Adrian, MI – The Adrian Board of Education selected five candidates to interview for the Superintendent position of the District, and the process began Monday night.
The first interviews started in the Adrian High School Cafeteria Monday night…and will continue through Wednesday night. APS Board President Beth Ferguson spoke with WLEN News about the interview process this week…
Monday’s candidates were:
Dr. William Patterson, current Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Curriculum at Jackson Public Schools. He has held this position since April of 2013.
Dr. James Anderson, current High School Principal at Wayne Westland Community School District. He has held this position since July of 2019.
Tuesday’s candidates will be:
Nathan Parker, current Middle School Principal at Adrian Public Schools. He has held this position since August of 2010.
Derrick Richards, current Director of Curriculum and Instruction/State and Federal Programs at Adrian Public Schools. He has held this position since July of 2015.
Wednesday’s candidate will be:
Rachel Kowalski, current Director of Teaching and Learning at Clintondale Community Schools. She has held this position since March of 2021.
