Tecumseh, MI – Tonight’s Winter Formal ‘Snowflake Soiree’ at Tecumseh High School has been postponed after a threat was made against the event.
According to a statement posted on the district’s Facebook page today, the Michigan State Police contacted Tecumseh Public Schools officials about the threat. The tip was made through the OK2SAY app. The tip is automatically investigated by MSP and sent to TPS and other local authorities.
Right now, the incident is under investigation. The ‘Snowflake Soiree’ has been postponed to Saturday, December 11th.
TPS says that further information will be made available on Monday, December 6th.
