Madison Twp., MI – A lengthy hostage-type situation in Madison Township Monday night resulted in at least two arrests, and no reported injuries.
Madison Township Police Chief Michael Shadbolt talked to WLEN News on scene about the events that unfolded…
He said that three of the four individuals came out of the home on their own…and that the fourth person came out after flash-bangs were used.
As it turns out, there were actually two individuals with active warrants, and they were taken to the Lenawee County Jail. As of Monday night, it was unknown about the status of the other two people, as they were being interviewed.
The police were searching the home for weapons Monday night. WLEN News will provide an update as it is made available.
