Toledo, Ohio – A Toledo woman was struck by a vehicle on Telegraph Road in Monroe County early Wednesday morning.
Sheriff Troy Goodnough reported that the unknown 34-year-old woman was walking southbound on Telegraph, when she was struck by a Chevrolet Blazer, operated by a 26 year-old Metamora, Michigan woman.
After the crash, the operator of the vehicle pulled over and called 911 to report the crash. During this time the unknown female pedestrian was picked up by a 56-year-old Toledo, Ohio man and transported to an unknown location in Toledo. The extent of her injuries are also unknown.
Excessive speed and/or intoxicating substances do not appear to be factors in the crash.
