Just Over 50% of Eligible Lenawee County Residents Fully Vaccinated Against COVID-19

Adrian, MI – The Lenawee County Health Department and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services updated the public on their latest COVID-19 data.

On Monday, the LCHD reported 129 new confirmed cases, with 24 in the hospital. There have been 185 total COVID-19 deaths in the county since the start of the pandemic. That number has not increased by one since our last report.

There are currently 360 Lenawee County residents with the virus monitoring at home.

In the State of Michigan, the MDHHS reported 8,496 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 from Saturday through Monday. They also reported 46 total deaths over that time, with 15 of them identified during a Vital Records Review.

In Michigan, 58.8% of eligible residents are fully vaccinated. Just over 50% of eligible Lenawee County residents… 43,000 people… have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
