Adrian, MI – Pending a signature from Governor Gretchen Whitmer, the Kiwanis Trail in Adrian will be upgraded with a tunnel spanning underneath M-52 just north of Beecher Street.
The tunnel would connect the older, west side of the trail, with the newer eastward expansion.
