Hudson, MI- Due to the 5 alarm fire at the industrial building on Mechanic Street Sunday, the City of Hudson will be having yellowish water.
The water was stirred up from usage during the fire, so they will have to flush hydrants starting September 20th and continue for 4 weeks.
Hudson residents are asked to do dark laundry first before any whites. If you have a filter system in your home, you will need to change that filter a couple of times. If you have a softener you may want to run it an extra time or two.
