Adrian, MI – The AM Vets Randy P. Hill Post 1957 in Adrian recently gave away school supplies for over 300 local children.

 

One of the organizers, and member of the Ladies Auxiliary at the post, April Lienau spoke with WLEN News about how the giveaway came to be…

 

April said that a large employer heard about the donation opportunity, and wanted to help…

 

 

This picture was taken at Plastic Omnium with their employees. They did this donation drive in memory of Sonya Haerr, one of their employees who was also very active with the AMVETS for many years. She passed away in 2019.

Lienau said they will have the event next year.
