Adrian, MI – An Adrian native, and long time employee of the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Department has passed away at the age of 85.
Charles “Chuck” McLoughlin attended Adrian schools, and graduated in 1954, and shortly after…married the love of his life Joyce LaGore. They were married for 66 years.
Chuck worked at Kroger, and then the Adrian Daily Telegram for 13 years.
For most of his career, Chuck had been employed with the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Department…he was one of the first officers in the motorcycle unit…and served as a defensive driving instructor. He was promoted to Corporal in 1978 and Sergeant in 1989. .
Visitation for Charles McLoughlin will be held today from 5-7 p.m. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11a.m. with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Anderson-Marry Funeral Home, Tecumseh.
