Adrian, MI – Randy Smith, President & CEO of TLC Community Credit Union, has announced promotions for Carrie
Ringkvist and Jessica Mack.
Carrie Ringkvist, Assistant Branch Manager – Main Office, began her career at TLC in July 2009. She has previously held the position of Member Services Representative at the Beecher, Blissfield, North Adrian, and Main Offices. She is a certified IRA Specialist and a Certified Health Savings Specialist. Carrie is a graduate of Sand Creek High School and studied business at Jackson College. She is actively involved with the Lenawee County 4-H Program.
Jessica Mack, Assistant Vice President – Branch Manager at Dundee, began her career at TLC in June of 2019. She has
previously held the position of Member Services Representative at the Tecumseh Office. Jessica brings over 8 years of customer service experience with her to the Dundee Office. She is a graduate of Milan High School and is passionate about community service. Jessica is looking forward to helping the community grow and thrive.
