Jackson County, MI – The Michigan State Police Jackson Post are investigating a single vehicle fatal crash.
Investigation into the incident determined the passenger vehicle was traveling southbound on Willis Road… near Knight Road… when it left the roadway, struck a tree, and overturned. The driver, a 26 year old from Jackson and lone occupant, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver was wearing a seat-belt.
It is unknown at this time if speed, drugs, or alcohol were a factor.
The victim’s name has not been released, and the investigation is ongoing.
