Adrian, MI – The Lenawee County Health Department and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services provided an update on COVID-19 numbers over the weekend.
The LCHD reported on Monday that there were 156 new cases, 14 hospitalizations, and two new COVID-19 deaths this weekend. There are now 776 active cases of the virus, with 6,802 recoveries in Lenawee County. There have been 134 total confirmed COVID-19 deaths.
The MDHHS reported 8,574 new cases from Sunday and Monday, with 61 new COVID-19 deaths. The department says there have been 5,982,041 total vaccine doses administered, with 51,626 being in Lenawee County.
