Adrian, MI – The Adrian City Commission revisited the possibility of a tunnel installation under M-52 for the Kiwanis Trail users to safely cross the four-lane road near the train tracks.
At a pre-meeting discussion Monday night, the group talked about the need for it, and potential project funding.
