
Adrian, MI – Governor Gretchen Whitmer has declared this week to be Michigan’s Severe Weather Awareness Week. Michiganders are encouraged to conduct a statewide tornado drill at 1pm Wednesday.
103.9, WLEN will be participating in the statewide drill by airing an EAS test at around 1pm on Wednesday. The test will remind the public that in the event of a tornado, severe weather or other emergencies, official information will follow the EAS tones.
Lenawee County will conduct its annual tornado siren test on Thursday, March 25th at 7pm.
