Adrian, MI – The countywide spring collection event(s) for tires, household hazardous waste, appliances, electronics, styrofoams, and other items for Lenawee County residents have been postponed.
The county said that they are closely monitoring federal, state, and local requirements and guidelines for COVID-19 events. Under current restrictions, we not be conducting our typical May collection event. As circumstances change, they hope to hold an event later this year.
There are places to recycle including tires and household hazardous waste; you may just need to drive a bit further. For more information on recycling opportunities visit the Solid Waste page of the County website www.lenawee.mi.us.
