Adrian Twp., MI – Alcohol appeared to be a factor in a serious single vehicle ATV crash Sunday night in Lenawee County.
The Adrian Township Police Department reports that at around 6:30pm the lone occupant, a 40 year old Raisin Township resident, was traveling eastbound on Robbins Road near M 52 when he apparently lost control and was thrown from the ATV.
The driver was not wearing a helmet, and sustained serious head injuries as a result of the crash.
There were no known witnesses to the crash.
The Adrian Township Police Department was assisted at the scene by the Adrian Township Fire Department, the Raisin Township Fire Department, and Lenawee Community Ambulance.
