Morenci, MI – Fire significantly damaged a building Wednesday in Morenci.
A building storing pallets in Morenci went up in flames earlier this week.
At around 11:30 am on Wednesday, fire departments from all over Lenawee County and northwestern Ohio fought the flames at the barn on Salisbury Street, trying to save the machine shop that was attached to the pallet barn.
The pallet building’s roof collapsed, resulting in a total loss… but they were able to save the machining building next door. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
