Adrian, MI – Adrian Pro Hardware, on West Maumee Street, will be closing their doors after serving Lenawee County for 70 years.
The store opened in 1950, and was purchased by Cassius and Cheryl Whitcher of Whitcher Plumbing and Heating in 2000. Cheryl told WLEN News that the store has never really been profitable.
Their inventory has been discounted up to 90%… and the sale will be in place until their doors officially close in March.
Whitcher Plumbing & Heating will be absorbing the space previously occupied by Adrian Pro Hardware.
