Adrian, MI – The Lenawee County Health Department and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services continue to update the public on COVID-19.
The LCHD reported 22 new cases on Thursday, and 11 current hospitalizations. 93% of the total confirmed COVD-19 cases in Lenawee County are considered discontinued from isolation and improving, with 4% monitoring at home. The total death toll in Lenawee County has increased by one since Wednesday, to 118.
Statewide on Thursday, the MDHHS reported that there were 1,388 new confirmed cases.
There were 48 new COVID-19 deaths reported statewide Thursday, including 30 itendified during a Vital Records Review.
The MDHHS reports that there have been 1,994,310 doses of COVID-19 vaccines administered in the state as of Tuesday, with 19,276 doses administered in Lenawee County.
