Adrian, MI – The Lenawee County Health Department and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services continues to update the public on COVID-19.
The LCHD reported on Wednesday that there are 11 new confirmed cases. The number of hospitalizations is now at 7 people… and there have been 2 new COVID-19 deaths since Tuesday, increasing the total number to 111.
91% of the 5,248 total confirmed cases are considered discontinued from isolation and improving, with 98% monitoring at home.
Statewide on Wednesday, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services reported that there were 337 new confirmed cases.
There were 4 new COVID-19 deaths reported statewide Wednesday, and there have now been 15,188 total deaths from the virus.
The MDHHS reports that there have been 2,294,775 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine administered statewide as of February 15th. There have been 12,150 doses administered in Lenawee County.
