North Adams, MI – The Michigan State Police, Jackson Post, have identified the man found dead on the sidewalk in North Adams near a car wash.
67 year old Richard Leo Carpenter was found at around 6:30am on Monday near the Rainbow Mist Car wash.
The MSP said that the cause of death appears to be cardiac related.
