
Adrian, MI – The Lenawee County Health Department reported 225 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 since their last update on December 30th.
The new cases increased the total number of cases from 4,075 to 4,300.
72% of the total confirmed cases of COVID-19 are considered discontinued from isolation and improving (or 3,109 out of 4,300).
The LCHD also said that 26% of the total confirmed cases (or 1,109 out of 4,300) were monitoring at home.
The Lenawee County Health Department reported that there were 18 COVID-19 related hospitalizations, and 64 total deaths. Health Officer Martha Hall told WLEN News that there were four additional deaths reported from December 31st through January 4th. Hall reported that the deaths were of 83, 72, 60, and 91 year old males.
