Lenawee County, M – The Lenawee County Carroll Road Solar project that is being proposed by esaSolar will be offering a virtual Town Hall meeting on Wednesday, October 7th, at 6:30pm.

The proposed solar projects’ footprint will be located in Deerfield and Riga Townships, and will provide low-cost clean energy to the electric substation that was recently constructed off County Line Road. In fact, this substation was built to supply electricity to Lenawee and Monroe Counties following the decommissioning of the coal-fired JR Whiting plant by Consumers Energy in 2015.

The Town Hall meeting can be accessed by dialing toll free, 877-229-8493 and entering the access code when prompted; which is 120042.

During the scheduled event a slideshow can be viewed at www.CarrollRoadVirtualPublicMeeting.com. Questions from the general public will be addressed live at this virtual meeting. Questions may also be submitted in advance via email at info@CarrollRoadSolar.com
