Lenawee County, MI – The next Nature Conservancy Ives Road Fen volunteer workday will be next Saturday, October 10th, from 8:50am to noon, followed by an optional nature walk.
They will be cutting woody plants in tall vegetation in Super Sumac Management Area. Wear a mask and bring your own loppers, hand saw, and work gloves if you have them. Also bring water, safety glasses or sunglasses. They will be doing contactless sign-in for COVID so volunteers need to email ivesroadfen@gmail.com for the form before coming.
Meet at 8:50am at the red barn on the east side of North Raisin Center Highway just south of Ives Road.
