Strokes for Students Program Recipients Announced by The LCEF

Lenawee County, MI – The Lenawee County Education Foundation has announced the recipients of the 2020 Strokes for Students program. 

The generosity of donors enabled LCEF to continue to provide financial assistance to Lenawee County through higher education scholarships, job readiness training grants, and teacher innovative and enrichment grants.

This year’s recipients were:

  • Trinity Vargas (Adrian)
  • Jordan Crane (Blissfield)
  • Cole Shiels (Britton Deerfield)
  • Garrett Ramos (Clinton)
  • Drew Marry (Hudson)
  • Carly Rutter (Lenawee Christian)
  • Anna Loar (LISD TECH Center)
  • Reece Yeager (Madison)
  • Walker Whitehouse (Morenci)
  • Hunter Gibbs (Onsted)
  • Noah Benge (Sand Creek)
  • Lauren Swallow (Tecumseh) 

The LCEF uses community donations to provide support to Lenawee County students, families, and schools through the provision of scholarships, teacher mini-grants, financial support, and fund development services to education programs and projects.
