Madsion Twp, Lenawee County – A brand new assisted living facility is being constructed in Madison Township, near Walmart.
Hampton Manor ownership met with representatives from Madison Township and State Representative Kahle on Tuesday to celebrate the project getting underway.
WLEN News spoke with the owner of Hampton Manor to talk about all of the amenities and benefits that the facility will bring to Madison Township, and Lenawee County senior citizens.
Some of the perks include: a movie theater, spa, salon, and a private dining room.
The 16 to 17 million dollar project should be open within one year from now, and will support 50 to 60 full and part time jobs.
The single story, 84 bed facility, will offer assisted, independent, and memory care.
