
Adrian, MI – Randy Smith, President & CEO of TLC Community Credit Union, has announced promotions for Mary McKinney, Bailey Damon, and Sean Armstrong. He also pleased announced the hiring of Tamara Marston and Emilio Rosas.
Mary McKinney, Vice President – Accounting, began her career in 1988 and has held position of Accounting Manager and Assistant Vice President – Accounting. McKinney has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Adrian College. She has expertise in various financial and operating systems, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.
Bailey Damon, Assistant Vice President – Branch Manager at Clinton, began her career at TLC in 2011 and has held positions of Member Services Representative, Mortgage Service Representative and Member Services Officer. Damon has a Bachelor of Arts from Siena Heights University. She is active in the community serving with Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, and a lunch buddy at Springbrook Middle School.
Sean Armstrong, Assistant Vice President – Branch Manager at Tecumseh, began his career at TLC in 2018 as the Assistant Vice President – Branch Manager at Dundee. Armstrong brings over 16 years’ experience in customer service with 8 of those years being in financial institutions. Sean is a graduate of Britton High School, a Navy veteran and has served as a member of the Blissfield Rotary Club from 2014 – 2017.
Tamara Marston, Assistant Vice President – Branch Manager at Dundee. Marston brings over 18 years of experience in the financial industry serving as a Licensed Banker, Senior Area Operations Specialist and Risk Oversite. She is active in the community completing various 5ks for local charities and law enforcement support.
Emilio Rosas, Assistant Vice President – Mortgage/Commercial Business Development Officer. Rosas brings with him over 5 years of experience in the financial industry. Emilio is a graduate of Blissfield High School and volunteers for the Michigan Veteran Foundation.
