Lenawee County, MI – The Lenawee County Health Department reported on Thursday afternoon that there were 301 total confirmed cases of COVID-19, an increase of five from Wednesday.

There are 111 people monitoring at home, and 174 people “discontinued from isolation and improving.”

Five people were in the hospital as of Thursday afternoon. 11 total deaths from COVID-19 have been reported in Lenawee County.

How is the virus impacting surrounding counties?

Jackson: 588 confirmed cases (+11 since Wednesday) with 31 deaths (+0 since Wednesday)

Monroe: 658 confirmed cases (+9) with 20 deaths (+0)

Hillsdale: 207 confirmed cases (+1) with 25 deaths (+0)

Washtenaw: 1,907 confirmed cases (+17) with 110 deaths (+0)

There were 75,947 total confirmed cases, with 699 new cases reported on Thursday. There were 7 deaths reported on Thursday. Six of the seven deaths reported were identified during a Vital Records review. The total deaths from COVID-19 in Michigan, as reported by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, is at 6,148.
