Adrian, MI – One additional employee of Lenawee Medical Care Facility has tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the total to 6 employees of the facility who have tested positive.
The Lenawee County Health Department reported Saturday that the first COVID-19 positive employee was reported at Lynwood Manor Healthcare Center.
All residents and employees have been and continue to be monitored for symptoms of COVID19. These facilities continue to work closely with the Lenawee County Health Department to ensure residents and staff are safe by following Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Guidelines.
The Lenawee County Health Department has also reported that countywide there were 270 confirmed cases as of Saturday afternoon… with 91 people monitoring at home, and 164 people “discontinued from isolation and improving.”
Four people were in the hospital as of Saturday afternoon. 11 total deaths from COVID-19 have been reported in Lenawee County.
