Lenawee County, MI – The Lenawee County Health Department has reported an eighth death from COVID-19.
The Health Department has been notified that a resident of Lenawee Medical Care Facility who previously tested positive for COVID-19 died on Tuesday.
The seventh death that was reported by the LCHD earlier this week was a 55 year old male, and analysis of underlying health conditions was ongoing as of Tuesday.
The number of confirmed cases in Lenawee is at 215 as of Wednesday afternoon.
51 of the confirmed COVID-19 cases are monitoring at home, 153 are considered ‘discontinued from isolation and improving.’
Three people were in the hospital as of Wednesday afternoon.
