What Lenawee County Residents Need to Know Ahead of the March 10th Presidential Primary

Eligible Lenawee County residents will have the opportunity to vote in the Presidential Primary Election next Tuesday.

WLEN News spoke with Lenawee County Clerk Roxann Holloway about what voters can expect at their polling location…

There are a few local items on the ballot as well…

With several Presidential candidates dropping out of the race ahead of the Michigan Primary, Holloway said that it’s not too late to change your absentee vote…

In order to receive a new AV ballot by mail, the deadline is this Saturday at 2pm. You can mail, email, or fax a signed written statement requesting the new absentee ballot. You can receive one in person up to 4pm on Monday, March 9th.

A quick local election reminder…

The Clinton Township Fire Department will have a millage renewal on the ballot for township residents… The Hillsdale County Intermediate School District will vote on a millage to expand an area career and technical education program… and Sand Creek Community Schools voters will have an operating millage renewal proposal on their ballot.
