In June of 2019, WLEN News reported that two people from the Detroit area had an interest in the former Cargotainer property on Beecher Street…just east of Main Street…and we have an update.
The business, City Storage LLC, plans to turn the building into an indoor storage facility… and also provide outside storage. WLEN News talked to one of the owners on last week, and he said that the major renovations will take place in the springtime.
The property has already undergone the required zoning changes through the City of Adrian.
