Adrian, MI – On behalf of the Lenawee Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition and Lenawee Health Network, ProMedica Bixby Hospital would like to ask for community support toward a collaborative Health Resources and Services Administration Grant titled “Lenawee Opioid Response Project.”
The coalitions are asking the public to complete a 10-minute anonymous survey that will assist the community in developing a comprehensive strategic plan to address gaps related to substance and opioid use in Lenawee County. The survey is currently open and can be accessed via the link below or QR code scanning.
