Former Adrian City Commissioner Devin Stevens has violated his probation, and will now serve a 90 day sentence in the Lenawee County Jail.
Stevens was charged with embezzlement in Washtenaw County, and pled guilty last month.
The verdict triggered the 90 days deferred sentence given by Lenawee County Circuit Court Judge Margaret M.S Noe back in March of 2018, when Stevens was found guilty of one count of possession of child sexually abusive material.
Stevens was also required to register as a sex offender for 15 years.
After a probation violation hearing on July 25th, Stevens was sentenced on Wednesday, July 31st by Lenawee County Circuit Court Judge Michael Olsaver.
