Raisin Township Crash Wednesday Morning Sends Adrian Man to Hospital

Another crash in Raisin Township this week… this one Wednesday morning at the intersection of Green Highway and Gady Road.

A press release from the Raisin Township Police Department says that the a passenger vehicle traveling east on Gady Road ran the stop sign at the intersection, colliding with a passenger vehicle on Green Highway.

The vehicle that ran the stop sign was driven by a 26 year old male from Houghton Lake, and was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

The other driver, a 53 year old male from Adrian, was unresponsive upon initial contact by fire personnel, but became responsive as they started to get him out of his vehicle. He was complaining of shortness of breath and was taken to a Toledo area hospital by ambulance.

Agencies on the scene included: the Raisin Township Police Department, Raisin Township Fire Department, Tecumseh Police Department, the Lenawee County Accident Investigation Team, and Lenawee Community Ambulance.
