
WLEN News had an exclusive interview with Bob Cox, a World War II veteran, who turned 103 years old on Tuesday. Employees at Gaslight Village Assisted Living in Adrian put a request out to the public for 103 birthday cards to be sent to Bob for his big day. Cox reached the rank of Captain in the US Army, and also has lived a rather religious life for the last 60 years or so.

He talked about the influence the Lord has had on his life…and that maybe the secret to a long life is actually peanut butter, toast, and coffee…
