Prior to the vote to name Rhoades as Interim Superintendent, the board voted to temporarily suspend their bylaws that pertain to teaching experience and certification requirements to be Superintendent.
The suspension of those bylaws will be in effect until June of 2020, at the end of Rhoades’ Interim term.
