The sentencing hearing for Ashleigh Neill was held this morning in Lenawee County District Court in front of Judge Jonathan Poer.
Neill, whose last name was Sancrant at the time of the incident, was one of three women charged with either child abuse or assault and battery in cases stemming from abuse allegations at the ProMedica Bixby Autism Center.
Online court records show that Neil will serve 15 days in the Lenawee County Jail, serve 24 months probation, pay court costs and other fines, pay full restitution, continue counseling, and will not be allowed to work with any child, young person, or adults with disabilities.
She was found guilty of one count of assault and battery earlier this month.
The other two women, Erinn Tiede and Sarah Phillips, are facing felony child abuse charges in Circuit Court.
