Britton Deerfield Schools are closed today due to a flu outbreak amongst staff and students. Their custodial staff is working today to sanitize their buildings. The PTO trunk or treat will still take place outside as scheduled, but the movie has been cancelled.
There are a few different ways to prevent your child from getting the flu, including: getting vaccinated each year, covering your cough and washing your hands.
