What’s Going on at the Fair?

Michigan’s longest running fair is set to kick-off on Sunday, July 22nd and will conclude on Saturday, July 28th. The 179th annual event will start with Queen’s Day on Sunday. The Midway Rides will not be in operation, and the evening will end on a good note by a performance at the Bandshell by TJ Craven at 6pm, and then the Queen Pageant at 7pm. Sunday at 7pm will also be the NTPA Tractor Pull at the Grandstand.

Monday is Twilight Dollar Day at the fair. Midway rides will open at 5pm, with the Warehouse Cloggers performing at 6:30pm at the Bandshell. They will be followed by Los Hermanos Villegas at 8pm. Monday also features the Figure 8 Car and Truck Demo at the Grandstand at 7pm.

Tuesday is Kid’s Day! Evening performances at the Bandshell include the Vintage Farm Singers (at 5:30pm) and Pickin’ Roots (at 7pm). The Western Days Rodeo will take place at the Grandstand at 7pm.

Veteran’s Day will be Wednesday at the fair! At 7pm the Monster and Mega Truck Show will take place at the Grandstand. Your Generation in Concert will be at 8pm in the Bandshell.

Thursday, July 26th will be Senior Citizen Day. The Figure 8 Car & Truck Demo will be at the Grandshell, taking place at 7pm. A Rod Stewart Tribute Band is scheduled to perform at 8pm at the Bandshell.

The workweek will conclude on Friday with AG Day. At 4pm, an Elvis Tribute Band (Matt King) will be on the Bandshell stage. A few hours later, at 7pm at the Grandstand, the Diesel & Gas Truck Pull will be taking place. The day’s festivities will conclude with the Copper Stills Band at 8pm on the Bandshell stage.

The last day at the Lenawee County Fair is Saturday, July 25th. Performing at 5:30pm at the Bandshell will be the Scott Thompson Band. 7pm will be the Tuff Truck & Car Competition at the Grandstand. The fair will conclude at 8pm at the Bandshell with the performance of All Betz On.
