
A 22-year-old Manchester man turned himself in at the 14A-4 District Court in Ann Arbor, and was arraigned July 5th on several charges. An investigation conducted by the Michigan State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force has resulted in the arrest. The investigation stemmed from a National Center for Missing and Exploited Children Cyber Tip. A search of the home netted multiple devices and evidence.
Tyler Weber has been charged with one count of child sexually abusive activity, three counts of possession of child sexually abusive material and two counts of using a computer to commit a crime.
If convicted, Weber faces up to 20 years in prison for child sexually abusive activity, four years in prison for each count of possession of child sexually abusive material and four to 20 years in prison for each count of using of a computer to commit a crime.
