
It’s that time of year again! Spring Clean Bulk Trash Collection Days in the city of Adrian are scheduled for May 5th and May 12th.
If your residence is in the north route of the city or on Maumee Street, your collection day will be May 5th. Please place trash at the curb on Wednesday, May 2nd and/or by 7am on Saturday, May 5th. Items placed at the curb after 7am on May 5th will not be picked up.
If your residence is in the south route of the city, your collection day will be May 12th. Please place trash at the curb between Wednesday, may 9th and/or by 7am on Saturday, May 12th. Items placed at the curb after 7am on May 12th will not be picked up.
Maumee Street acts as the “dividing line” between the north route and south route. If you live on Maumee Street, you are included in the north route.
Accepted items include: household trash, couches, chairs, washers/dryers, dishwashers, stoves, appliances (with freon removed). Small items should be bundled, boxed, or bagged.
NOT accepted items include: TV’s, hazardous waste of any kind, ties, car parts, concrete, dirt, construction debris, outdoor fencing, oil, liquids of any kind, hot tubs, railroad ties, yard waste, appliance with freon.
Empty non-hazardous paint cans should have the lids off and any residual liquid solidified with an absorbent such as kitty litter. For safety, please remove doors from appliances.
