The owner of Frosty Boy in Adrian recently passed away. 67 year old Joyce E. Klochaney of Loch Erin/Onsted died earlier this month at her home. Joyce was born in Syracuse, New York and married her husband Peter in 1970, who survives her.
Frosty Boy, in downtown Adrian, has been a landmark of the community for generations of youngsters looking to get a sweet treat on a hot summer day. Joyce took pride in her work, and it showed through her professional staff and excellent products.
